case in order to minimize legal fees. We also use law clerks and experienced paralegals to prepare first drafts of many documents for the same reason - so that you as a client are billed for their time at a lower hourly rate than our attorney rate. Some matters, such as uncontested divorces, are billed at a flat rate. Marilyn's negotiating skills result in settlement of an overwhelming majority of cases.      Our policy is to send drafts of correspondence to our clients prior to sending it to opposing attorneys so that you can make sure that we fully understood what you asked us to communicate on your behalf. We return our telephone calls.
