Pittsburgh, which was established in 1758 and incorporated in 1816, is located on the south east side of Pennsylvania. It has an estimated population of 369, 879 people and an approximate size of 55.6 square miles. Its’ economy is made up of wholesale and retail, trade, services, government and manufacturing. It is home to the University of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Mellon University and Duquesne University.
