Manchester, which was established in 1722 and incorporated in 1846, is located South of Concord and North of Nashua. It has an estimated population of 99, 567 people and an approximate size of 33 square miles. The economy is primarily made up of manufacturing, wholesale and retail trade and services. it is home to New Hampshire College, Notre Dame College, St. Anselm College and New Hampshire Vocational - Technical College.
